Some of the sfx added to characters speaking where jarring and did not aid the story in my opinion. One charecter specifically was hard to understand at times because if the loud screeching noise played while they talked. Overall story was good but I’m hoping the sfx disappear in future books.

These books only got better the longer I listened! The only thing I’m heart broken about is that the next book isn’t out yet. I can’t wait until it is!

This is a wonderful series. At first some of the effect choices messed with me such as the echo when a character is thinking to themselves. After a while I go used to it and thought it actually helped to keep things clear.

This was a fantastic book start to finish! I loved every minute! I highly recommend this read!

This story has good character development and depth, the protagonist is very human, very flawed, and makes you both root for and against him by turns

really enjoyed the book. and I guess I didn’t read the description well enough to know how much detailed s3x would be in this book. once you get past the details, the rest of the book is very good.

saying this is a great story is an understatement! take the time to listen. you will not regret it.
