Don’t pay attention to the cover image. Don’t pay attention to the book’s summary. They don’t reflect the content, at least for the quarter of it that I listened to before giving up. The story is an uncommon, though not unheard of, take on the fantasy genre. The most refreshing aspect is the idiocy of..
This first volume in the series didn’t seem to have too much in the way of story. Instead it dives very quickly into the harem building. I bought the first few books at once though, so hopefully there’s a bit more depth later. Not looking for LOTR, but hoping for just a bit more. There..
Immediately this book catches it’s readers by surprise with their well rounded characters and fluid world building. The book alone is incredibly well written on it’s own but coupled with the amazing narrations of Jeff Hays, and Annie Ellicott this book truly shines.
So I read the negative reviews….and I almost did not read the next book in the series….I am ecstatic I did not listen to the negative reviews. This was a slight twist to the story, but an awesome twist. I look forward to the next book. I highly recommend this book.

I understand..
What a great book!!! BRAVO!!!!This just became #1 for me and highly recommend the series to anyone who’s reading this review. You’ll fell in love with the characters and will relate to the things you have in real life and the drama is just so fulfilling. Overall I’ll miss the characters and hope there will..
