I normally dont write reviews but I was at work when I listened to the end credits…… I almost pissed my pants I laughed so hard, there where tears, TEARS! I say! Jeff Hays will go down as my most favorite of all time audiobook readers, I take my hat off and bow to you..
I picked up this series, probably like most of you did because you saw the title and thought “huh” What started off as a series that was how much bull crap can Carl go thru that’s humiliating has turned into a story of dedication, perseverance, the pain of losing loved ones, betrayal, and so so..
as always a fantastic performance from soundbooth theater. The story was a little confusing to follow for me and I did lose track of characters along the way at points near the end but enjoyable nonetheless. looking forward to the next book already.
This book got me addicted. It’s lighthearted with lots of big battles. It mastered the progression and strategy needed to captivate longterm but still feel like something new is always happening. And the performance of the narrators make it fun all the time and easy to pick up whenever
Can’t wait to see Carl stick it to the man. Give a big middle finger to the syndicate and hopefully destroy the dungeon.
love the book, easaly in my top 5 all time, but Jeff hays really brings a whole deeper level to the book

Special effects ruined the story. Could not Follow. Could not finish The story After putting up all 5 volume’s I could bot finish the story quit during the last 2 hours, Very Frustrating I kept lesioning because I thought it would get better- It only Got worse. I could only follow about 40% of he..
slow story without a lot of heart. Just start taking a turn for the worst I stopped when the protagonist had to conduct infant ritual sacrifice to save his own skin.
