A truly great city-builder LitRPG series. Also thanks to the writer for ending the story in a nice way.
The series keeps getting better and better. Best one so far. Love the characters and especially the MC. Enjoy the multiple characters too.
I put off getting this book for the longest time because it looked a bit silly and I’m not into sound booth theater effects. It was totally worth getting! The effects are minimal, Jeff Hays is an absolutely AMAZING narrator and the story was engaging, hilarious, action packed and I’m just in love with Carl…
Just because it has the perspective of a child doesn’t mean this is a Y.A. Book. Has complexity coursing through the entire book. Lots of points throughout tie into the later books in the series. Provides a good foundation to the Zero series. WARNING if you have feelings be prepared to experience them to the..
I can’t get enough of Jeff Hay’s voice. The variety of characters he is able to portray is astounding.
This installment of the DCC series does an amazing job weaving in new characters and building on the character development from the previous. We learn more about some of the key crawlers from the previous book and watch the crawlers grow closer. It is also a very interesting twist on the Team Meadowlark storyline. Thanks..
This book is definitely a bit of a brain twister. The train system is a complicated story, but very well done. Dinniman manages to convey a very complex system and the crawlers response to it. The story greatly expands Carl and Donut as characters. Again, can’t speak highly enough about the narration.
