A fun “sent to another world in morally questionable circumstances” adventure. Think the anime Overlord but with character development instead of just flat out being OP from the start. I had a little confusion as a few times I swear a couple names were pronounced differently but nothing hindering to the narrative. That being my..
Well a fitting end to a very entertaining series of some very unforgettable characters. Characters that anyone can relate to and understand. The plot very imaginative with an incredible plot twist. The performance was top notched. It was extremely critical to the success of the series. Jeff Hays made each character unique and individualistic critical..
This is not usually the type of book I read, but I ended up getting caught in the suspense and terrific narration. The flashbacks were sometimes hard to follow in the Audible version, but it didn’t take away from the story. Please write more!
I can see this as a true future game! Totally want to play! This is a future that is based on things you already know, it is almost like Pokemon Go on steroids and the production of the book was totally fun 🙂
With a group of unique “player characters”, descriptive combat, simple game mechanics and relatable story Noha Barnett has baited the hook. I had a hard time paying attention for the first 2 or 3 chapters, but after the attributes started meaning something, I had no trouble. I really enjoyed this book and am more than ready for the next!
Book 3 was not that great at all but this edition brought the series back in full force! I really like the way Kuznits has developed the VIs into a villainous cohort and created a major enemy for Oren. My only wish is that Kuznits goes into more detail on what Vic does when Oren..
The end of the last book was so good(if the author wanted to end the series), I was kind of scared about how the plot would progress. I am so glad I finally started it. Having finished the book, if I had to describe this addition in one word, it would be Masterful. With all..
