I rather enjoyed the narration and the story. It is a bit crunchy for my tastes in a LlitRPG but the action and characters make up for that.

Really cool world. The concept of the upgrade-able sword is really cool. I liked the characters and the plot was interesting. Looking forward to the next book! The narration is expertly delivered by some of the Soundbooth Theater’s best.
I definitely feel like the author is growing as he writes this series. There is a complex, entertaining plot that gets to show off some of the unique characters at their best. I didn’t expect some of the twists and turns in this book and they have left me wanting to get into the next..
