I quite appreciate the extra effort put in by this sound studio. It helps build the atmosphere throughout the story.

There are a lot of voice actors IN this book that would have been better for voicing Alistair. His accent sounds wrong and whiney. The narrator should have been left there and Jeff Hayes or someone else does the American MC.

This was a tough one in my opinion. I think the author has fallen into the trap of the MC being too good.. in terms of personality, intelligence and over-poweredness. …but I want more. This book was excellent with the sounds and music. I gotta find more books that have Mrs. Annie & Mr. Jeff as Co-narrators. This story is gruesome at times but did when it shows up. I really hope they find a way to continue to book 5. Awesome work all around!
