Best narration in a decade. Most original book series in forever. HIGHLY entertaining. No wonder it’s got a cult following!

No real spoilers. This is not a one off book. If you’re reading it, it’s because you read the others. I listened to this a second time through the set and realized id not written a recommendation, so… to the author, thanks. All of the main side characters get little mini story time with Carl…

So book 4 wasn’t really all that great but the set up it made for this one, book 5, was so worth it. This one was great and it was nice to see things from even earlier books pay off some too
Between the story and my favorite narrator, Jeff Hayes, this story has been so much fun. I haven’t been able to stop listening.
Everything about this book I loved, from the RPG elements to the witty lines from the characters! “God damn it Doughnut” has been a catchphrase for both of my cats since owning them and it had me in stitches hearing him say it! Love this and couldn’t recommend it more!
Such an entertaining story with a reader who has a great delivery and does fantastic voices. I’m hooked
I reluctantly listened to the first book after it was recommended by a friend. At first I wasn’t interested but after a few chapters I was hooked. I’m sure a large part is due to how well it is narrated.
This one was a little slack for me with all the trains but still fun. I am loving the LitRPG and play on finishing this series as well as Matt’s other projects
