Worse book in the series so far. Finished in two days. And on to the next. Highly recommend.

I find it hard to believe anyone can withstand the sentient weapon being a petulant child, sounds like sesame street character, but a lower IQ, and incredibly annoying, maybe tolerable if he didn’t become the primary speaking character, ugh!!!

This was an amazing book hands down for the genre, especially I love hearing Jeff Hayes play as Rock and all the other things. Voice actors as well. Please hurry up and get the next book done and keep writing more to this story
Carl and Donuts journey in this post apocalyptic nightmare is one of the most enjoyable things I have ever listened to. The world building, the social commentary, the voice acting?!? Everything is perfect. No notes. Do not read if you are easily offended by foul language or don’t want to see bad human tropes dragged..
Fun and unexpected. I don’t know what I was expecting but I couldn’t stop listening and laughed my ass off. Well produced and narrated. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, if Jeff Hayes wasn’t the narrator I wouldn’t have gotten to chapter 62. I gave up after that. And it was a struggle to get there based on the story because by then I had already figured out the plot and there were little to no surprises left the author could throw at me…
