Repetitive storyline but the ending epilogue made me want to continue the series. The performance is top notch!

There was no real story, just fight and kill monsters. Carl and Donut are lack luster protagonists at best I found myself hoping the end of the book would be them getting obliterated by the level collapse. Unfortunately it ended in a cliff hanger. I have no interest in reading the next book.

The narration brought the story to life. I’m not a big time reader and I find most stories boring. However, something about the narration pulled me into this world and everything came alive for me. The story is layered and the characters are likable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun time.

The other books all mentioned the events of this one, ever since the first action Donut did with that crown. I love how the author has sprinkled so much world building and so many sub plots and hints about the 9th floor and this book really feels like a culmination of all that. Some plots..

The tastiest series you can get. the story of a dungeon mimic by the name of Boxy.

I really like it when a real person reads the story instead of AI. AI mispronounced many words and throws the story off.
