It’s a great story but like the headline says it is utterly destroyed by the dozens of random stops in audio that then skips several paragraphs forward after the pause and in places overlapping audio from multiple different parts of the book

I feel like I’m starting to sound like DJ Khalid. This book is a masterpiece from beginning to freaking end. The writing is absolutely amazing, and the narrators are beats. I couldn’t have asked for a better book to listen to in these trying times. Thank you sbt, you guys have a fan for life.

It was alright. It’s was a good story and settling. It’s just my gripe with Jamie’s books is there too short. It’s always rapid fire with action then sex then right back to action. Doesn’t get any Deeper than that. Soundbooth did an excellent job as always. Keep up the good work.

Entertaining story and characters but I have to agree with another commentor about the horrific grinding metal sound between chapters. Soundbooth audio why?

Book 2 was just as good as the first. Though it followed a similar pattern as the first, it was still a believable situation in this fantasy world. I can’t wait to listen to the next book. The cast is also amazing. Soundbooth always puts out the highest quality work.
