Dungeon crawler story that leans into humor, crude jokes, some brutally, and messed up situations. Found the beginning story engaging but the crude jokes and messed up situations had me enjoying the story less and less. In the end not my type of story and I quit partway through the story.

IDK about anyone else but me, but I don’t care for MC’s like this, in that every interaction and situation causes the MC to whine like a little baby or wring his hands with despair while he second guesses everything. Like most MC’s in any LitRPG he is obviously given powerful features, in this case..

I loved every second if this book and listen to it every waking moment this book is a work of art

This book has everything and keeps you on your toes until the very end. Can’t wait to relisten. Jeff does an amazing job bringing the voices of these characters to life.

This book gets you primed for a series that just gets better and better. Carl and Donut are amazing characters.

This series has some of the best narrating. Jeff Hays has an unbelievble talent for making the characters come to life. The story is great and action packed! Love Princess Donut and Carl and cannot wait until book 8!

The narrator’s voice acting and range is phenomenal!! I’m not usually one to listen to audiobooks, but Jeff’s performance made me buy the next 3 books!!

The voice talent is reminiscent of Looney Tunes’ Mel Blanc. however, dungeon description was explained ok, but perhaps more detail would help paint a better picture.
