I was hooked to this series from the intro, and it scratches all the right itches for me, this book in particular, even though its early on and you can still feel the newness of the situation in this book there is more complexity to this series that I feel really evolves from this book..

loved the performance. The VA sounds like Joe from family guy fused with Bubbles from trailer park boys. It was new, but I quickly enjoyed it. 10/10

The story plays out in steps and it doesn’t give so many details and characters in quick succession. There is a build up. This book is exciting and descriptions so elaborate that it catches my imagination!
DCC has quickly become my favorite fantasy series. It’s hilarious, extremely well written, great character development, plot twists, and carries a message that goes beyond the dungeon. This one had me crying and laughing! I cannot get enough of this series. Jeff needs an award for his narration. Matt needs for his very creative writing.
