A mimic protagonist is an interesting concept, and that part of the story was certainly worthwhile. But the attempt at erotica just came across as creepy.

I absolutely loved the first three books but this book just kind of felt rushed and like it had no direction. It felt like the author didn’t know what direction he wanted to go and assumed he would figure it out along the way but just never did. The second half of the book especially..
