Absolute blast to listen to like all dungeon crawler Carl titles. Just enough dark stuff to keep it serious but enough comedy sprinkled in, this series I think has broad appeal.

I did NOT THINK WE WOULD BE 7 books in 😮‍💨 SO PROUD OF THIS TEAM! The story has not dulled at all. It actual keeps getting better. ATP we need a Netflix series or some😭

After making it through the series, it’s very apparent Matt didn’t have all the voices figured out. Its doesnt diminish the story; It helps to know that he wanted to perfect his craft. Also, its very hard to not hear this audio series not being read by Kronk, which i love.

The way the voices are augmented for the AI characters, overlapping voices for groups, stuff like that is really cool and I don’t know that I’ve seen it elsewhere. Was a fun read too.

got into this series on a friend’s recommendation but this book has me absolutely hooked first two were great but the amount of tension of the Katia situation and all of them growing was so much fun and really puts this leaps ahead of other litrpg style books where everyone has depths and personalities not..

I could not stop listening to this book. as a RPG and Syfi lover. this hits the spot!

this narrator is top tier. switching flawlessly between voices, keeping you into the story because you can feel the emotions of each character through his voices.
