Interesting POV, good for any age without feeling like a YA book. Performance was absolutely brilliant.
Wonderfully funny book, it’s a Jeff hays so you know it will be great. Some people do t like that Harold is over powered but I don’t really get that like that’s the premise of the book… also someone’s out there saying that the Alex being just a little bit trans is to much but..
love the narrator, it too me half a book to realize he was the only person voicing everything. Patrick Warburton’s guest appearance floored me though.
Just kidding! Ugh, can’t get enough. I’ve listened to the first three books in a matter of weeks. Using every excuse to go for a drive or work on chores so I can listen. I normally don’t go for this genre (not even sure official genre?) but this is entertaining and Carl is so creative..
Book was totally unique in the “fantasy” genre. Unique concept full of laughs and interesting characters. had me wanting to listen to it all at once. Great book for gamers!
This series exhausts me. I’m wondering how far this story will sink. At what point does it seem to support cruelty and sadism? I almost checked out with the SA of Fizzy and her obvious Stockholm Syndrome. I guess I’m holding on hoping this story reaches a redemptive arc for the main character but ……
