Ok i think I’ve hit my limit on the LitRPG genre. Cant do it anymore. I dont care that much about the characters stats. These books, including this one, spend too much time either reviewing stats, or explaining how the system works, its tedious, typically does nothing to move the plot, and boring! The concept..
I honestly expected things to get trite or the shtick to get old. But seven books in, there are still new things to surprise and entertain me.
Another great book in the DCC series. Stakes are getting higher for Carl, Doughnut and the rest of the crawlers. This is another LitRPG masterpiece. Keeps a lot of the humor and fun of the previous books but as with each book in this series the tone gets a little more gritty and serious. You..

I’ve stopped and started this book so many times. I loved this series, but as it’s gone on, the story has gotten messy. Not only that, but I don’t even know who’s talking part of the time.
