There is a not a moment of down time within this book. Lore ✅ Action ✅ Character Development ✅ Plot✅ An overarching sense for dread ✅ What more could you ask for!?

I kept hearing good things about this series. So glad I finally gave it a try! Definitely adult themed humor with this one but it’s so well done and the narration is spot on. I found myself laughing more with this than any other book I’ve listened to this far. Highly recommended.

Im not a fan of how much random gore these books have. IMO it ruins what is otherwise a very special story. I hope it improves on that. Other than thatthis is just as funny and interesting as the 1st book.

The world of DCC keeps growing and im loving it. This book brings some new vibes with the past crawlers messaging and its cookbook.

A little slower than its previous entry but an overall great listen. Wish we could see some more character building rather than them just equiping whatever is given. But it cant be helped the way the story is set up i guess.

Never stop never stopping Carl. I just love how he gets more and more angry.

Another book in the series bring completwly new concepts to its worldbuilding and expanding the universe. Peak voice acting and although im not a fan of the pokemon/yugioh theme of this book, it thankfully was much less than i expected. All in all a great book.

I am impressed by how far dungeon crawler Carl has come. This book is the peak of its journey from silly comedy to a future classic. The story and its world keep expanding, the stakes keep rising. Jeff may well be the best narrator out there today. Its just all so complete. Here is to..
