The Correspondent was a wonderful book. Good pick! Well written with a lot of emotions. Reminded me of A man called Ovo and Olive Kittridge also makes me want to start writing letters! I hope you all enjoy it just as much as I did.

This was a very riveting and thought out plot. I think I found a new favorite author. This book was hard to stop listening too. Can’t wait to read another one of Iliana Xander’s books!

The Correspondent relies on unique construction (letters) and name-dropping (of literary works) to make it feel more high-brow than it was. The writing wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t great. The entire exchange with the customer service representative, as well as the Native American DNA results, was laughably unrealistic, and the love triangle was trite…
Disliked nothing … was most enjoyable. Will likely listen to book again in a few weeks. Highly recommended

I kept putting off reading and I was missing out!! First chapter I was hooked. The twists and turns were fantastic and it then she wrapped it up perfectly!!
