I hated how it started. Makenzie sounded like a brat. poor little rich girl. but this story could have been much shorter. I don’t understand the great reviews.

Wish it was longer but enjoyed the ride. Highly recommend for a quick listen on a long drive

The narrator’s were a perfect fit with each character. Loved everything about this novel, poignant, realistic and relatable.

I struggled, listening to the character of Helen. It felt overly dramatic the way she spoke and always seemed to be in tears. Just trying too hard it seemed. Took a lot away from the book for me.

Loved the entire book. Lots of twists and turns. The last part was so sad I cried.

I wanted a palette cleaner. I’ve been reading some heavy books and needed something feel good and fun with little to no romance. This book gave me just that. I still got some sci Fi speculative fiction action as well.

This was such a tear jerker. Don’t read what it’s an about just listen. Very good heartwarming, sad and so well done. The main narrator was fabulous

The voice acting, the story, everything. Just wonderful! I’d love more from these narrators, this author, and this storyline.

I liked the narrators; they made the book come to life for me. The book has a lot of interesting points that can be applied to real life, so it was not just entertaining, but also useful.
