So I found Love, Mom to be a very slow start and rather boring. In chapter 7 when the narrator said “supposably”, I rewound four times. Surely this audiobook couldn’t have gone through production with someone reading a word as “supposably”, but yes it certainly did. I just couldn’t take the book seriously after that.

Man what a fun and fantastic book. The plot is interesting and the concept is interesting. The way that the pair interact with each other and the world around them is absolutely unique and WE NEED BOOK 2 ASAP. SERIOUSLY. While the main mystery was resolved rather hurriedly, it’s fun seeing in hindsight the trail..
