Narration was so good. The story is memorable and so relatable. Never wanted it to end.

Frankly, it was difficult to get past the idea of some old bat being so stuck in the past, she’s still writing letters, not to mention to her NEIGHBOR. Just bizarre behavior. Also difficult was trudging through my disdain for the main character in all of her pretentious, self-important, selfish glory. Hated her. It’s possible..

Ugh, I’m not sure what the fuss is about. While the concept of telling a story through correspondence is an interesting one, I found the main character Sybil incredibly narcissistic and not at all self aware. I literally couldn’t wait for the book to be over so I didn’t have to hear her letters anymore…
