Enjoyed the readers and how they brought the story to life. Good concept using the letters to create the story and timelines.
Interesting book!

It was easy to follow. I’ve always enjoyed letter writing, so it made me happy to listen to this book. The audible version was very well done!
At first I wondered what or other why this book entertained me. Then I found I could not stop listening to the story. Give it a chance.
I loved the different voices of the characters and the accents enhanced the vision of the locations.
Great storyline. I love the multiple voices and the studio sounds. This kept me entertained and it was easy to follow, but there were some nice unexpected turns
This beautiful book will stay with me for a long time – the narrators are outstanding and fully brought each character to life in a deeply honest way.
I’ve never read a book like this and at first I wasn’t sure I would even like it. Reading/listening to a story in letter form took some chapters to get use to. It definitely gained my interest and I loved learning about Sybil’s life this way. I would recommend.
I’m not usually a fan of multiple narrators, but this was perfect. The story is not very intense, but I loved listening along . It was very enjoyable
It’s a great listen for a couple on a road trip. We ended listening to half of it in Cape Town and the other half of the story in Sardinia. So we found our own little worm hole.
The narration was exquisite, as was the text . As a non fiction reader 99% of the time, I was totally surprised and enchanted at how much pleasure it gave me to listen .
