A Life Revealed

Sybil’s life is revealed through letters. She is a very thoughtful person who examines her relationships and faces her regrets while presenting a picture of a complex woman who isn’t easy, but who is intelligent, appreciative, precise, and can be entertaining and empathic. I loved this book and did not want it to end.

Initially I found this book a difficult one, but after fee letters it totally kept me in the story, with its sad and fun parts, ups and downs, and its overall calmness. A really beautiful book.
