This book really touched me in so many different ways. I loved how Sybil Van Antwerp (great name btw) made connections & kept up with them. It’s so hard to connect with people today & even harder keeping the connection over time. This book has inspired me to be better at keeping my connections alive.

Excellent writing, characterization that makes you miss those who people this book when you are done, and stellar narration that adds to the story. The revelations come slowly—are built rather than thrown at the listener/reader—and the ending doesn’t disappoint, except in that it ends a wonderful story.
