First of all this book is a must for audible!!! It makes the story come alive and relatable…I had a hard time getting into the book but as it went on i couldn’t stop listening…trust me…you will love!!! Nothing dramatic …just a story of life!

Heard good things and was initially hesitant when I started. Once I settled in I could really feel myself understanding her life and felt like I knew everyone. I couldn’t stop listening and the end was perfectly bittersweet. You become a correspondent of Sybil in the end and she’s someone I feel I won’t forget.

Inspiring and beautiful American dream story . For anyone who’s tried to build a business, you’ll have SO much respect for her and be moved by her story while also learning some gold nuggets to implement, especially on her financial management and team.

So good! A must read! You are swept up in the stories of the characters which will make you both laugh and cry.

Took a bit to establish who was who in her letters but as it unfolded it was a marvelous listen

What a fantastic book. It draws you in very quickly. It makes me want to write letters.

Liked all of it don’t remember it saying why her birth mother gave her up.

I really really appreciated the uniqueness of the story around the power of the written word and that you could weave a story with just letters. It was really neat and I won’t soon forget Cybil van Antwerp!
