If I could give this book negative stars, I would! The main character Sybil is the leader of all Karens. She’s pompous, arrogant, self righteous and a festering boil to society. Save yourself the read unless you want your blood pressure to skyrocket from her obnoxious behavior.

I found myself pulled into and along with the narrative from the opening, and it was a delightful diversion.
I loved how this book was written in letters now that it’s over when it first started I was a little confused and then I would relisten to a few parts all in all it was beautiful lovely moving

This is such an honest, intimate and authentic way to experience the daily accounting of aging, coping, connecting and letting go. I relate deeply. Also, impeccable writing style.

The book itself is great. The narration was excellent. It was a relief and a pleasure (when our news and political landscape is so dark) to immerse myself in a story about the experience of getting older and reckoning with regrets, and how relationships are healing when we are courageous enough to speak our truth…
It was ok, not a page turner. It was confusing at first but clears up toward the middle. It is a slow read no dramatic turns but interesting and well written.
