FABULOUS!! I’d read the hard copy and knew immediately that I HAD to listen as well!
Amazing narration!

This book was such a surprise. it was a unique way to tell a story, through all yhe various correspondence. The various narrators were excellent and made the listening experience that much better.
The book itself is great. The narration was excellent. It was a relief and a pleasure (when our news and political landscape is so dark) to immerse myself in a story about the experience of getting older and reckoning with regrets, and how relationships are healing when we are courageous enough to speak our truth…
It was ok, not a page turner. It was confusing at first but clears up toward the middle. It is a slow read no dramatic turns but interesting and well written.
This novel was beautifully written! And by someone so young, yet so clever and astute! Virginia Evans deserves many an applause for her brilliant use of vocabulary, complex sentiment and varied personalities among her characters and throughout very difficult life circumstances. A beautiful book, to be sure!
Could definitely have done without the swearing! Otherwise, a cute story. The voice acting was great
Both heartwarming and heartbreaking. Beautifully written. Loved the characters, the writing style and the story!

I disliked the needless time spent on everyone’s address . Or was important, however, to include the dates to indicate the passage of time.
There was nothing that I disliked! The readers were the best I’ve ever listened to, especially Sybil and Theodore! The story was deep and dug deep into my own soul! I’ve never read a book like this! It will stay with me a long, long time!!!!
What a beautiful book and incredible performance. I’ll be coming back to this. A truly memorable character with such a compelling story, I couldn’t stop listening. What a gift!
