I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy a book consisting of handwritten letters from an elderly woman. In the end I was quite sad to have the book end. It was such an unexpected treat! What great character development! I found myself becoming attached to Sybil, even though she was a complicated personality.

It was well written and thought provoking- but it took forever with no real climax or conflict. I liked the characters enough, but I felt like giving up the whole time and felt like with such incredible reviews it had to develop and it dissolved for me. Personally, this one wasn’t for me.

What a delight it’s been to listen to this series! I smiled the whole time I listened to it and I hope there will be more books someday!

I laughed out loud. I cried more than once. Such a deeply moving story, beautifully written characters and perfectly narrated. I loved every minute and was sad to see it end.

I thought this was so well written and produced. I could not stop listening. If I cry and laugh out loud multiple times, it is 5 stars!
