The author does an outstanding job describing the vessel, crew and situation, as well as the story. The descriptive details make the reading, much more enjoyable. It was easy to imagine the sights and smells of the destroyer . This book was quite enjoyable, and worthy of a read.

This book really lost its way and dove much farther into politics and what feels like the authors personal point of view. The previous books were more subtle while this one feels like you are getting lectured. Really detracts from the story.

This book did a decent job using time travel, but still had some issues with it. The first half dragged on a bit, but the second half kept my interest better.
