fun, fast paced story with excellent narration. looking forward to the rest of the books in the series.

jeff dinneman instantly brings this series to life. You may catch yourself questioning our author, however, he will continue to impress and surprise you with the planning and death of this series. it’s easy to overlook impressive planning in a fantasy series, but this deserves all compliments accredited strait to it.

If you are this far into the series you know the stakes. You love/hate the characters. It delivers on every level. Thank you Matt for creating the best book series I have ever read. Can’t wait for Carl’s Book of Boom!

I swear the author doesn’t understand that most people reading this genre, litrpg, care more about the fights than anything else. The author focuses almost entirely on writing the most absurd situations and disturbingly disgusting descriptions instead. If it weren’t sometimes hilarious, I would be dropping this series.

It has a few slow points but well worth it. I’m ready for the next one

This was a super fun series that I blasted through. The MC can be a little annoying because he’s constantly complaining but it’s not enough to drag the rest of the story down

Knocked it out of the parknafain. the whole dcc series has been phenomenal so far. on to book 5!
