This was chosen as something my husband and I could enjoy together on a long road trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the story. The audio performance was so much fun to listen to. Donut stole the show.
If you like Dinniman exploring AI conscienceless in the Dungeon Crawler Carl book, you’ll dig this one. I promise.

it’s a good story, likeable characters, despicable villains and fantastic voice acting. I’ve really enjoyed every audiobook in the series.
Then story line. So different from what I usually. Well read his other books. Love his style of writing.
The primary character is supposed to be driven through charisma. But she spends most of the book acting helpless and inept. The small bits of what should be the meat and potatoes in the form of intrigue and politics are given too little love. Things just work out, or happen to be perfect, far too..
