All of these audiobooks are great! All the character voices make it very immersive. I would recommend this to anybody who likes litrpg
The following ratings are out of 5:Story/Plot: ๐๐๐๐World building: ๐๐๐๐๐Character development: ๐๐๐๐ค๐ฌNarrator(s): ๐๐๐๐๐Narration type: Solo Narration with sound effects. Characters and Background Information At the center of the story is Carl, an increasingly hardened and resourceful crawler who continues to balance survival with a stubborn sense of morality. He is strategic, sarcastic, and constantly adapting..
The story was decent, but I really didn’t like the sound effects. They added reverb or something to Rok, and I couldn’t understand it half the time. Also that voice actor had way more energy than the others, so there’s no flow. It’s like if you’re having a group conversation, but one person yells instead..
Review from Dungeon Crawler Carl →
OK TL:DR; Do NOT skip this, do NOT miss this, do NOT accidentally sweep past this story! Reserve it ASAP and come back when you’re ready to enjoy losing track of time while laughing your butt off! seriously! you may lose butt. listen at your own risk.but do it!
Amazing audio and storyline. I had to look up if there were any other voice actors because I wanted to know what other books theyโve narrated, but no. Jeff Hays is really just that damn good. Bravo!
I thought it might be too much like DCC (which I love), but it was its own thing and it was a good listen. I enjoyed it and got through pretty quickly. Good performance. Good story. Not much to add.
Not as good as Dungeon Crawler Carl. Narratorโs accent is not pleasing. Roger got on my nerves with his constant corrections when the characters curse.
I love Carl and Princess Donut. I really enjoyed Samantha’s parts in this book. So funny. The narrators, especially Jeff Hayes are so talented. I don’t want this series to end.
