This was fun, probably about 1/10 density of the dungeon, crawler series, maybe designed for a younger audience? But it’s definitely worth it. I really missed the Carl voice. The country voices are cute, but just not the same. Overall, I recommend this book., Especially while we wait for the next DCC.

This is one of my favorite narrators ever. His array of voices made this story absolutely amazing. Truly deserving of all the praise.
I can’t find a single thing I disliked about this story. I truly enjoyed every word, and lit kept me engaged. I was secretly listening to it at work because I couldn’t stop until it was done.
Different, creative, innovative, captivating. I started here and didn’t stop till I read every book in the series.
