story was deducted a star because it ended on a cliffhanger… great book that builds upo. everything in book 1.if you liked that, get this asap SBT actually improved their performance from the first book…among other things vex is now a little easier to understand while remaining the same little firecracker

Not my cup of tea, I didn’t really feel the sense of humor, and dramatically the OP MC didn’t really have any stakes.

Very fun story and I’m so thankful I could get 3 for 1 credit. I wouldn’t have bought this is not for the amazing deal. I will be purchasing new titles as they are released and looking into this author’s other works.

I have to say this book had me hooked from the start, it reminds me of the anime Sword Art Online. The story is awesome and I would love to see an animated series. The sound effects and audio make it so much better. I’m going to listen to book 2 and 3. Great job..

Main reason I picked this up was that there were female and male performers in the cast. So many books have been ruined for me because the male narrator tries to do the voices of 5 women having a conversation. In this sense this audiobook was satisfying. In addition there was nice sound work too…

The cover makes it seem like the story was more cheesy than it is. it has some cheese but a good story and character development.
