Jeff Hays the Minic

The awaited second book was great. The voice actors did an excellent job at portraying the different emotions of the characters and the mimic. Jeff Hayes did an excellent job with the multiple personality of the mimic, and the voices were very entertaining.

Wonderful, funny, witty, etc. Problem: very annoying when narrators say things quietly in the middle. It’s an audio book. We need to hear it, without having to keep playing with the volume. Dinniman and Hays make a great team.

This is my first LitRPG audiobook series, and I am grateful I happened upon this one. Matt Dinniman’s blends adventure, humor, and wit to create an addictive story. Jeff Hayes’ talent in voicing all of these unique characters has me hooked. I laughed out loud every time Prepotente screamed! This scratches every itch. Love it!

I just don’t care for LitRPG books where the character is simply playing a VR game, versus isekai or portal fantasy where the character is living it. also, I don’t care for base building nor the class the character was building. so… just not for me.
