the story and performance are amazing. Jeff Hays nailed the characters and Matt Dinniman made a story I became vested to in and couldn’t stop listening to.

I was skeptical about this book but I’m glad I gave it a try. I can’t wait to start the next one.

seriously. story is great. fun. interesting and engaging. an excellent addition to the series. but Jeff Hayes is something else. it’s almost ruined other audio books for me as the narrators just aren’t as good. You got to listen to this series

I love this series so much. And it has the best narration out there. This is a second listen of the series for me and I don’t really relisten to books.

Wonderful, entertaining story. Love the premise, and it’s well executed. Best voice-actor ever! I have over 600 titles in my audible library and Jeff Hays blows everyone else away.

So I really enjoyed this book overall it was both silly and interesting while in some cases over the top it provided a good blend of a story. My one and only gripe to this book it was very repetitive with some things and unnecessarily so, especially with the interludes I feel the author had..

If you read the first book and enjoyed it then you should 1000% pick this up.

With Matt’s story and Jeff’s narration, this is just a chef’s kiss of an audio book. On my third listen and I am still picking up details that I have missed from before. Looking forward to future listens!!
