A great take on the challenges facing a developing a frontier planet accompanied with great character development. The story lays a good foundation for a potential series but also ties up the loose ends nicely. Would definitely recommend.

Fell far from the mark for me. I found the writing style disjointed. It would probably work better on film. I’m actually glad J. Hays wasted little time on it. I’ll stick to DCC moving forward. Funny, I can handle that dystopia better than this. The fatigue is real.

This story is hilarious. The way the main characters interact with each other, the way the system interacts with Carl, makes this story gold. The way the jokes are woven through the story seamlessly is amazing. Especially while keeping it serious when needed.
