Looking back on the plot I realized the books progression was pretty slow timeline wise and sometimes growth wise. However, while reading it felt like he was always doing something for a better future for himself. The author definitely wrote this book well!

I only have a few gripes someone already mentioned it but the soldiers shouldn’t be so inept and while Duram is a turd allistor did deserve to get stabbed and killed system permission or not I’d have shot that little pretentious puke as well and made sure i finished it even if I died you..

Don’t need the nonsense of hearing people talking & eating. Also, dude, drop a pair already.

A pleasurable listen. What new challenges, prizes, and reveals will happen? It almost makes you wish aliens would turn earth into a game show.
