There is about 2 hour torture scene. A warning would have been appreciated. It wasn’t overly graphic, at least.
Story and narration live up to expectations raised by the two previous books. Only thing I don’t get is why they brought in the drinker to narrate the conductor? Cool accent, but his performance is much stiffer than Jeff Hays’ (who is exceptionally talented). With the range of voices Jeff commands, why adding another narrator?..
This is book 2 in the series and is just as good if not better then book one. I really enjoy the monster hunter blend with real life. Having to hide what you are doing because nobody else sees the monster you are trying to catch is spot on to my own shame from games..

I can honestly say I have never found a series that has made me laugh so often and keep me wanting more.
Voice actors were wonderful. Character development and the story were poor. Alot of actions that the characters took didn’t make sense.
The story, amazing. The production quality and voice acting? Legendary. Every piece of this series is insane but this most recent one really just continues to hit the mark. I am excited for the next one.
I love this series so much! Soundbooth theater as always does a perfect job of bringing the story to life
