Definitely everything you enjoyed in the trilogy. Book 4 has engaging plot changes to make you breeze through this one and get you excited for the next one(s). Shemer going full time author, for the win.

having all those voices is really good for the story. also all the sound effects really keep the story fresh

This series continues to be fantastic, I can’t wait until the next book comes out.

Story is engaging. Performance is good. Not my favorite reader, but far from the worst. Dont understand the random background music. I guess it’s to emphasize key moments but just feels out of place to me. Eitherway… on to Book 2!

Story was solid. There does feel like there is going to be a shift from constant violence to courtly space politics that I’m very interested to see in the upcoming books. it was a little repetitive on some aspects and that the mc doesn’t check his inventory after looting bosses was kinda annoying to me

Should have just ended the series with the last book. The author clearly has no idea how to continue the plot organically so he just decided to throw in a Mary Sue to force things along. I’ll be refunding this one and won’t be listening to this author again.
