It’s an entire book that is written from peoples letters and honestly there’s no story. There is no plot. This has got to be the worst book that I’ve forced myself through to read.

The story is beautiful and the narration is perfect. I couldn’t stop listening. I wish it didn’t have to end.

This spectacular book is a brilliant lesson in voice. Each letter so carefully crafted to tell their story in a unique and intentional manner. This is a book I will be thinking about for years to come.

Great story like no other I have read. The format of letter writing h and the narrators add to the story.

I found that allowing myself to settle into the unusual storytelling style took a bit of time. However I was completely immersed and invested by the end. This book fully deserves all of the attention it’s been given. The performances of the readers were stellar. A gorgeous book.
