So boring, wordy and predictable. I really don’t understand what the author was thinking . So very boring

Story line was very weak, narration was dreadful. So bad I had to abandon the audible.

A very nice story that was marred by bad narration and voice acting. Worthwhile for one credit for the entire series.

Story promises so much, interesting plots that aren’t followed up on or go anywhere. Rest of it doesn’t go anywhere. Is it going to be part of a series? Is their a follow up or second part coming? Story is surely unfinished.

Laurel and Bear are believable characters, trying to navigate a world devastated by an EMP. With plausible survival details, the family-focused story keeps you interested—an excellent series for anyone who enjoys post-apocalyptic fiction. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I do NOT like the digital voice reading. Doesn’t give the book the proper emotion to the characters.

If it’s not one thing it’s another for Ben and his family! I’m so happy to have read this title, I’m going on quite the adventure with all of the characters. I am a villain lover, I live for a good bad guy in a story and once again, Bruno Miller didn’t disappoint

Characters were inconsistent. Narration voices were not great. Thought it might improve but only did a bit. Sad to say but glad this is over.
